Chinese Famous Tea - Mengding Ganlu

Mengding Ganlu,produced in the Mengshan Mountain, Mingshan County,Sichuan Province,is a famous semi-baked fixed green tea with a curly and fuzzy appearance, light green color, light fragrance and fresh taste.

According to legend, the evolution of tea plants from wild growth to manual cultivation started from the Mengding Mountain. Wu Lizhen (Ganlu Period,Western Han Dynasty, 53 B.C.) grew seven tea plants. Wu was honored as Tea Ancestor and Master Ganlu.
