Rose Tea

Rose, also called feihong in Chinese, has a strong fragrance. It is mild and tastes a little bitter. It helps blood circulation, tones the blood, relieves menstrual discomfort and makes the skin radiant.


Roselle, also called luoshenhua in Chinese, has an acid flavor. It can help cool the blood and relieve the summer heat. It helps blood circulation, removes halitosis and clears the skin. Take 2-3 petals of roselle and pour boiling water, keep for about 3 minutes and add sugar or honey before drinking.


Those who have weak spleen and stomach should avoid roselle syrup.
