Roselle

Roselle, also called luoshenhua in Chinese, has an acid flavor. It can help cool the blood and relieve the summer heat. It helps blood circulation, removes halitosis and clears the skin. Take 2-3 petals of roselle and pour boiling water, keep for about 3 minutes and add sugar or honey before drinking.
