Chinese Famous Tea-Anji White Tea

Anji White Tea,a phoenix feather-like and bar-shaped green tea produced in Anji County,Zhejiang Province,is a type of semi-baked fixed green tea.In spring,new buds of the tea plant are light green,that change to white and back to green when leaves unfurl.The finished tea is puffy,light green in color,strong in fragrance and fresh in flavor.

Anji White Tea has an amino acid content of 5-10.6% (2-3 times of ordinary green tea).• Anji White Tea uses the middle-brewing method. First moisturizing the tea, then shaking the cup (known as "shaking fragrance") and than pouring water.
